Q. What area does your plumbing services cover?

A. We are happy to quote on any plumbing job within Bristol and the surounding areas, if you live within the BS Post Code area we will be happy to visit you.

Q. What if I don't live in Bristol?

A. If you live outside of Bristol but need a reliable plumber get in touch and we'll see if we can help.

Q. How long will I have to wait before you can start my plumbing job?

A. That depends on what the job is. We will always try to get out to you the same day and if possible within the hour for an emergency. If it is a big plumbing job like a central heating system, bathroom or kitchen refit we will let you know when we can start at the time of quoting.

Q. How do I know I can trust you, I've had a bad experience with plumber before?

A. You are more than welcome to contact any of our previous customers. We pride ourselves on our honesty and trustworthiness.

Q. Do I need to pay a deposit?

A. Again this depends. We only ask for a deposit to cover materials where the cost runs into hundreds or thousands or pounds.

Q. Can I call you 24 hours a day in case of a plumbing emergency?

A. Yes, nobody wants to be stuck in an emergency.

Q. Do you change a call out fee in an emergency?

A. Yes, but it does vary depending on the time of day, we'll let you know when you call.

Q. How much do you charge for your plumbing services?

A. We could quote you our hourly rates, but unless you know the speed at which we work that would be meaningless. Instead we treat each plumbing job on its own merits, please ask us to provide a FREE no obligation quote and we’ll be able to give you a competitive price if not on the spot, then shortly after.

Q. Do you do carry out plumbing insurance work?

A. Yes, if you've has a plumbing disaster and your insurance company is covering the bill then just let us know before we start.

Q. Can you fit specialist equipment for the elderly or disabled?

A. Yes, this is one of the specialist areas of our work. We can fit DocM handle packs into your bathroom and toilet.

Q. I am a landlord, could I set up a maintenance contract with you for my plumbing requirements?

A. Yes, just let us know what you need and we will tailor a package to suit your needs and requirements whether they are small or large.

Q. Can you fit a water meter for me?

A. No, the water board will have to fit it, but we can work with local authorities to connect the water meter to your property and carry out all related plumbing connections.

Q. Will it cost me to get a quote for the plumbing I need?

A. No, quotes are free and without obligation.

Q. How long will it take to get a quote?

A. We will always try to get out to see you the same day and if possible quote you the same day as well, if we can't do this we'll tell you when you call.

Q. Can I call you for a dripping tap?

A. Yes, don’t worry if it’s just a small job, we just as happy to fix a dripping tap or leaking overflow as we are to install a new bathroom or complete kitchen.

Q. I’ve already bought a bathroom suite can you fit it for me?

A. Yes, we will check that what you have bought is suitable and we are happy to install your own bathroom suite, showe, cloakroom set or fitted kitchen.

Q. Can you fit an outside tap?

A. In most cases, yes! we can supply the tap or plumb in your own tap kit if you’ve already bought one.

Q. Can you move a radiator?

A. We can add, remove, move and replace radiators within your existing heating system.

Q. Can you fit an electric shower?

A. Yes, we are qualified to carry out electrical work as part of our service.

Q. Do I need to call an electrician as well?

A. There’s no need to make arrangements for an independent electrician, we are qualified to carry out electrical work as part of our service.

Q. Do I need to call a decorator?

A. We are able to tile, lay flooring and paint and decorate to offer a complete service. A bathroom or kitchen installation can be undertaken entirely by us for your convenience.
